New Yoga Classes with Beth Gibney Boulden and Nicole Doherty
Yoga is an ancient science that harmonizes the body and mind to enhance our wellbeing. It is an excellent fitness program for
strengthening and toning the body, calming the mind, and lifting the spirit. Yoga aids circulation
and flexibility, eases pain and stiffness, reduces physical and mental stress, and is helpful in both weight loss and maintaining healthy body weight. If you haven't experienced yoga yet, now is the time to give it a
try! Beth offers several types of yoga classes at Full Circle Family
Care, including a general All Levels Yoga, Fertility Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. See below to view the yoga studio schedule. Private and semi-private lessons are also available, please call for information.
Beth is a certified teacher in Kripalu Yoga, Fertility Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, and offers all three of these styles of yoga classes at Full Circle. Her classes are a lighthearted mix of movement, breath work, traditional yoga postures, and guided relaxation. She also includes strategies for self-healing and spiritual awareness, based upon ancient yogic wisdom and modern holistic health practices. Beginners are always welcome,
and experienced yoga students will appreciate the variety and progression offered in Beth's classes. Questions? Email
