New Yoga Classes with Beth Gibney Boulden 
Yoga is an ancient science that harmonizes the body and mind to enhance our wellbeing. It is an excellent fitness program for
strengthening and toning the body, calming the mind, and lifting the spirit. Yoga aids circulation
and flexibility, eases pain and stiffness, reduces physical and mental stress, and is helpful in both weight loss and maintaining healthy body weight. If you haven't experienced yoga yet, now is the time to give it a
try! Beth offers several types of yoga classes at Full Circle Family
Care, including a general All Levels Yoga, Fertility Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. See below to view the yoga studio schedule. Private and semi-private lessons are also available, please call for information.
Beth is a certified teacher in Kripalu Yoga, Fertility Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, and offers all three of these styles of yoga classes at Full Circle. Her classes are a lighthearted mix of movement, breath work, traditional yoga postures, and guided relaxation. She also includes strategies for self-healing and spiritual awareness, based upon ancient yogic wisdom and modern holistic health practices. Beginners are always welcome,

All expectant couples are welcome to attend this new workshop to learn how to incorporate the principles of yoga, that are known to be advantageous, into the birthing process. Pregnant women often wish to remember their yoga practice when labor begins, as the practice immediately offers us ease and comfort in mind and body - this class will help make this happen!
Workshop will include:
Gentle yoga poses and breath work (wear comfortable clothes to stretch in)
Active and passive ways to labor
Use of birthing balls and other supports
Tips for massaging and comforting a laboring woman
Important ways partners and birthing companions can help support the natural process of birth
Poses will be individualized for each couple, to meet unique needs and preferences, and handouts will be given to keep with you during labor. Couples will leave feeling confident in their innate ability to compassionately work together as you birth your child into the world.

Meditation Twice a month, Mondays
7:00-8:00pm, February 8 & 22 & every other Monday after that. Meditation is a practice of stilling the mind and freeing ourselves from the stress of daily emotions and experiences. A regular practice of quieting our mind helps us to feel energized, focused, and peaceful. Meditating in a group can make the practice much easier, and all are welcome to join our group.
Fee $15 by donation if finances are a challenge. Please bring a yoga mat, or borrow one of ours.
Mommy & Me Yoga Weekly classes,
Tuesdays, 10:30-11:30am
Mommy and Me yoga helps moms and new babies to connect with each other and new friends. Drop in any Tuesday to strengthen your post-partum (and sleep deprived) body and spend time with other mothers. Babies will laugh and cry, fuss and fidget, and it's all ok...feel free to stop and attend to their needs at any point. Our classes will help you feel centered, strong, energized, and at ease with your new baby. We specifically focus on
re-claiming core strength, stretching, relaxing tense muscles, and learning new ways to play with your little one. Please check with your midwife or doctor before attending class. Babies should be 6 weeks old and not yet crawling. Bring a blanket or car seat for your baby. Drop in: $20, 4-class card $76, 8-class card $136
Kripalu Yoga for All Levels
Weekly classes, Tuesdays at 7:30-8:45pm
Open to men and women, this Kripalu-style yoga class offers a blend of breath work, stretching, yoga postures, and relaxation to heal mind and body. This class will strengthen and tone your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit. You’ll grow stronger and more flexible in body and heart. Beginners are always welcome, and experienced yoga students will appreciate the variety and progression offered in Beth’s classes.

Yoga for Fertility
6-week series, Thursdays at 7:30-8:45pm
All women open to pregnancy are invited to this down-to-earth, effective, & peaceful approach to preparing for children. Yoga is a perfect way to experience deep relaxation, inner awareness, and trust in our bodies – all of which naturally aid fertility. This course will offer individual movement and relaxation techniques as well as partner stretching to increase circulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall health. Let the
wisdom of yoga help you to release past experiences from your body and help open your heart to new possibilities. Join us, to find peace in the present moment while fueling hope for your family’s future. Beth’s training in Yoga for Fertility is with Family Passages in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Prenatal Yoga Sundays, 9:45-11:00am and Thursdays, 5:45-7:00pm
Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to prepare for birth and motherhood. Through breath work and movement, women will strengthen and soften their bodies for labor, as well as ease the sensations that come with the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. Let yoga be a resource to keep your body strong, your mind focused, and your intuition clear. This class will offer breathing
techniques and imagery for pregnancy and labor, while also encouraging women to tune in to their own body to discover their innate birthing wisdom. Best for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters, and available to women in their 1st trimester who have practiced yoga.
