Beth Gibney Boulden
Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor |
Beth is a certified teacher in Kripalu Yoga, Fertility Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, and offers all three of these styles of yoga classes at Full Circle. Her classes are a lighthearted mix of movement, breath work, traditional yoga postures, and guided relaxation. She also includes strategies for self-healing and spiritual awareness, based upon ancient yogic wisdom and modern holistic health
practices. Beginners are always welcome, and experienced yoga students will appreciate the variety and progression offered in Beth's classes. Questions? Email

Andy is a Certified Fitness
Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute as a Certified Strength
Coach, Personal Trainer and Board Certified Holistic
Nutrition Counselor. He studies meditation at the Shambhala
Meditation Center in NYC and guides people on working with
this approach. From seasoned athletes to beginners, he works
with his clients to ensure a fun and effective experience
geared to reach their personal goals. Andy emphasizes
training modalities that go beyond daily gym life. Andy is a
specialist who designs and implements strength training and
conditioning programs working one-on-one or in small groups
with both active and sedentary clients. He applies his
knowledge of exercise, nutrition and meditation into his
approach by educating his clients on the benefits of the
mind/body connection.

Danielle Elise Guillet

Danielle holds a deep reverence for the beauty and intelligence of the human body and the human spirit. Having graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Goucher College in Baltimore MD, she continued her studies in 2002 earning a certificate in Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca NY. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of
New York for 7 years and has collaborated with a handful of other healthcare professionals including osteopaths, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, nurses, homeopaths, skin care professionals and nutritionists. She specializes in pain management and integrative massage therapy and has advanced training in Myofacial Release, Hot Stone Massage and Aromatherapy. Danielle is also certified in Pre and Post Natal
Massage and deeply understands its benefits having had a beautiful baby boy in March 2008! Currently, Danielle is a faculty member at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco, NY and teaches Communications, Pregnancy Massage and Chair Massage. Danielle brings a sense of wonder, respect and curiosity to her bodywork, treating each client as an individual and incorporating a variety of massage modalities to suit each
client’s goals.

Rebecca possess strong skills in both Western and Eastern massage techniques and will seamlessly integrate both traditions in your session. With a solid knowledge base in the biosciences, she can help to support the healing and/or wellness plan you have developed with your other healthcare providers. Her training included the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, New York, an Associate’s Degree in
Occupational Studies with continuing education at Ohashi Institute, New York and the Healing Touch Program (Level I) at Greenwich Hospital. The Healing Touch Program is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. It is also approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic
Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education provider. Rebecca is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
She does not use oil (an important distinction from purely Swedish-style massage), and recipients remain in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. The massage may be performed either on a floor-mat or on a massage table, depending on your needs.

Louisya Graves is a certified Reiki Master and New York State certified Reflexologist. She graduated from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition in 2008 with a certification in Holistic Health Coaching. She has walked the path of holistic living and healing for the past 14 years, studying with renown healers as QueenAfua, Wendy Coad, Hyakuten Inamoto and Arnie Vargas. Louisya is known for her knowledge of the emotions and counsels her clients on how to partner with them in order to become more intuitively aware of themselves. She also holds workshops on stress management techniques using Reiki and Reflexology, meditation and affirmations. Many people are beginning to recognize the interconnection of body, mind and spirit and the importance of treating the whole person rather than separate body parts and adopting a holistic approach. Louisya is dedicated to teaching others how to empower themselves in order to overcome obstacles and incorporate health, serenity, direction and love into their lives. |
