INFANT MASSAGE WORKSHOP!!!!

Meredith R. Grasso, Licensed Massage Therapist, offers Infant Massage Class

The Infant Massage Program Consists of:
Three weekly group sessions taught by a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with no more than four infants per class. Each class lasts about one hour. Your will learn about infant massage, how to massage your baby with varying massage strokes, bonding and other parenting issues and dealing with special needs such as colic, prematurity and intestinal/digestive difficulties

• Helps strengthen and regulate baby's primary systems (i.e. respiratory, circulatory, nervous, musculature, gastrointestinal)

• Helps baby relax and release the tensions of daily stimuli
 

For Parent or Caregiver:

• Better understanding about their infant's cues of responsiveness
• Enhances communication and emotional ties
• Increases confidence and handling skills

• Provides a means to develop quality interaction time
• Helps parents relax and listen to their baby

Three class sessions on Tuesday, from 1:30 - 2:30pm, $120 for a 3-week series
