When she isn't on her yoga mat or cooking up a meal she enjoys dancing, leading trips for Global Village Habitat
for Humanity and sharing time with friends and family.

Healing Arts Therapist Marti Wolfson, B.S, HHC, CBP will break down the stress cycle and lead you in this interactive discussion. Find out ways to increase your response to stress and find greater balance in your life with nutrition, movement and body awareness techniques.
