1.00 p.m. – 3.00 p.m

All family members are welcome to our free Holistic Moms meeting lead by:

Marti Wolfson, a lifelong student and teacher of the healing arts. She enjoys a full life running her business The Mindful Belly and Balanced Body in New York City where she integrates nutrition and cooking, The BodyTalk System and yoga-based movement to help people become more aligned in mind-body-spirit. When she isn't on her yoga mat or cooking up a meal she enjoys dancing, leading trips for Global Village Habitat for Humanity and sharing time with friends and family.

Stress is an inevitable and necessary aspect of living.  But it can also lead us to feel out of balance physically, mentally and emotionally.  Healing Arts Therapist Marti Wolfson, B.S, HHC, CBP will break down the stress cycle and lead you in this interactive discussion. Find out ways to increase your response to stress and find greater balance in your life with nutrition, movement and body awareness techniques.  Learn to increase your stress threshold by paying attention to your body.  What you learn in this presentation can improve your sleep, immunity, digestion, posture, mood and relationships.
