Janice Ditchek is a clinical herbalist,
herbal educator and reiki master who has been helping clients gain
and retain optimal health since 1995. As a holistic health
practitioner specializing in herbal medicine, Janice utilizes
plants, flowers and trees for healing purposes. Her private
consultations and classes are dedicated to teaching clients and
students how to simply and effectively utilize nature’s medicine
chest for their health and well-being. Using gentle herbal remedies
in combination with recommended diet and lifestyle changes, Janice
works with clients to correct imbalances that cause unwanted
symptoms and chronic health challenges. Janice teaches classes
throughout the tri-state area on a wide variety of common health
