Regina Camillieri IBCLC, RLC
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Regina has been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant for over a decade. After working as a social worker with children for several years, Regina began to look into ways to improve on the lives of children. It became apparent that women were seeking more education on infant care and feeding. Personal and professional breastfeeding experience has lead Regina into an extensive
education in breastfeeding. This journey has given Regina the opportunity to teach parenting, to lecture and to practice as a corporate lactation consultant. In private practice and through work in the hospital setting, she trains other medical professionals and supports mothers with babies in the NICU. Regina also sits on the board of directors for Mid Hudson Lactation Consultants Association, and the United States Lactation
Consultants Association. And most recently she has begun to incorporate Reiki into her practice. The culmination of education and experience Regina brings is an asset to Full Circle Family Care.
Erica Charpentier IBCLC, RLC
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Erica further enhances the team at Breastfeeding at Full Circle. She has great respect for the mother/baby dyad, and believes in building parents’
confidence through the empathetic sharing of information. In addition to her work at Breastfeeding at Full Circle, Erica supports breastfeeding mothers and babies as a La Leche League Leader and as the founder and director of BEBO (Birth Education Beyond the Ordinary), a non-profit organization that provides childbirth and breastfeeding education and support.

Rosie Murtagh is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Rosie is originally from Australia where she studied Nursing and Midwifery. Her passion for travel led her to London where she worked as a Community Midwife and a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse. She moved to America eight years ago for her husband’s work and is now a mother of three children. Rosie has been
volunteering as a Leader of the Holistic Moms Network, Westchester Chapter www.holisticmoms.org , and she has been Leading the Breastfeeding Support group at Full Circle Family Care for the past three years. She loves to be a resource person for women throughout their breastfeeding journey.
